Upload Policy

This Upload Policy applies to artists and other users who upload audio, artwork, or related metadata to STRIDE ("Uploads"). It supplements our Terms of Service.

By uploading content, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. What you may upload

You may upload music and related materials that you created, or that you have explicit permission to distribute on STRIDE.

Uploads must include accurate titles, genres, credits, and other metadata. Misleading or impersonating metadata is not allowed.

Cover art must be owned by you or licensed for use with the uploaded release.

2. Original works

Original works are recordings and compositions that you created or that your project owns outright.

You must confirm ownership or control of both the sound recording and the underlying musical composition before uploading.

3. Covers, remixes, and samples

Covers, remixes, mashups, and tracks containing samples require permission from all relevant rights holders unless you own those rights.

Uploading without permission may violate copyright law and this policy. Stride Music Ltd may remove non-compliant content.

If a track is not an original work, you must have obtained written or otherwise verifiable permission before upload.

4. Prohibited uploads

You must not upload content that:

• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;

• contains unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative material;

• impersonates another artist, label, or rights holder;

• includes malware or attempts to disrupt the Service;

• promotes unauthorized downloads or piracy;

• violates applicable law or our Terms of Service.

5. Technical requirements

Upload only supported audio formats accepted by the STRIDE app and API.

Do not upload excessively large files, corrupted media, or silent/placeholder tracks intended to manipulate discovery.

Stride Music Ltd may transcode, store, and stream Uploads to operate the Service.

6. Your declarations

At upload time, you must confirm that you own or control the necessary rights and that you accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Upload Policy, and Copyright Policy.

False declarations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

7. Review and removal

Stride Music Ltd may review Uploads manually or automatically. We may remove, restrict, or disable Uploads that violate this policy or receive valid rights complaints.

Repeat violations may lead to loss of upload privileges or account termination.
