Copyright Policy

Stride Music Ltd respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright complaints and repeat infringement.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Upload Policy.

1. Our approach

Users may not upload or share content on STRIDE unless they own it or have permission from the rights holder.

If you believe content on STRIDE infringes your copyright, you may submit a complaint using the process below.

2. Reporting infringement

Send a copyright complaint to support@stride-music.com with the subject line "Copyright complaint".

Include as much of the following as possible:

• your name and contact details;

• identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;

• the STRIDE track, artist profile, or URL where the content appears;

• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;

• a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;

• your physical or electronic signature.

3. What we may do

After receiving a valid complaint, Stride Music Ltd may remove or disable access to the reported content, notify the uploader, and request additional information.

We may suspend upload access or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or submit false counter-notices.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, email support@stride-music.com with the subject line "Copyright counter-notice".

Include identification of the removed content, an explanation of why you believe it was removed in error, and your contact details.

We may restore content where appropriate after review, unless the complainant pursues legal action or we determine the content still violates our policies.

5. Repeat infringers

Stride Music Ltd may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, as determined by Stride Music Ltd in its reasonable discretion.

6. Misrepresentations

Submitting false infringement notices or counter-notices may expose you to legal liability. Only submit complaints you believe to be accurate.
