Welcome to STRIDE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STRIDE mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use STRIDE. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Account types
STRIDE supports different account types, including artists, fans, and scouts. Features available to you depend on your account type and may change over time.
You may not misrepresent your account type or impersonate another person or organization.
4. Your content
You may upload, publish, or share profile information, audio, artwork, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By uploading or publishing User Content on STRIDE, you grant Stride Music Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that you own or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for your User Content, including for sound recordings and musical compositions. You must not upload content that infringes copyright or other rights.
Stride Music Ltd may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
• uploading malware or attempting to disrupt the Service;

• harassing, threatening, or discriminating against others;
• uploading unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content;
• using the Service for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
6. Playback and discovery
STRIDE provides streaming and discovery features subject to availability, network conditions, and your device capabilities.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party sign-in providers, hosting providers, analytics, or links to external sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
8. Termination
You may stop using STRIDE at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk for Stride Music Ltd, other users, or third parties.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Stride Music Ltd does not guarantee that content on the platform is accurate, complete, or lawful.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stride Music Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Courts in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
